In november 2015 BK Amsterdam was founded by the Dutchmen Koen Beuker and Berend Jonckers. These two watch enthusiasts decided to design their own watches, because lots of watch collections lack in comfort and unique design. BK Amsterdam combines these two core values in their new watch collections.
This year, BK Amsterdam will launch 8 new watches with ultra light handmade wooden cases and cow leather straps. Each case is made from a different kind of wood. The 45 mm cases of the men watches will be made from ebony, bamboo or zebrano wood. The cases for women measure 39 mm and are made of ebony, maple or bamboo. All watches have a 3025 quartz movement and are water-resistant to 30 meters.
